DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY

 

 

Our stocked products are normally delivered in 1-3 working days and require simple self-assembly. 

 

We also supply a range of chairs that are made to order and can be made bespoke to the customer's requirements.  These chairs are made and upholstered to order with all components generally in stock. As these chairs are upholstered and made to order please allow 7-10 working days for delivery, this can often be much sooner. If you have an urgent requirement please contact us prior to ordering and we will try to accommodate you as best we can.

Delivery times are displayed within the details of each product.

 

We offer a guarantee varying from 2 to 5 years depending on the product. The guarantee is effective when a fault occurs and when there is no sign of abuse or incorrect use.

 

RETURNS

Chairs made to order are non-returnable unless faulty. Stocked chairs can be returned in an unused condition and boxed. The cost of return is the customer's responsibility.

 

In the case of a chair being faulty, we will rectify this in the fastest time possible by supplying replacement parts, collecting the chair for repair or to replace the entire chair. The most suitable and cost effective option will be used.

 

All discrepancies must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.  In the event of any discrepancy or fault with any item, please notify us by emailing: sales@chilliseating.co.uk .
